With your help, I moved from being an agent selling homes to the owner of a multi-award-winning franchise in the Professionals Real Estate company.
I am now one of the directors of the Franchise company and spend my time coaching and mentoring the leadership team. During the last 14 years, our sales have grown substantially year after year.
Many businesses owners are lonely in the sense of they have no one they can confide in and bounce ideas off. One of the biggest benefits that has helped us move forward is having this external person in our business.

We have been working with Joe and the coaching team since April 2019 and have really enjoyed the challenge and growth in both our personal and business lives. We were working from home and now have moved out of the garage into a large office building set up for growth. We have doubled in sales and in staff and we are on target to exceed 5 times sales in the next 12 months. Getting clear on our goals and developing the Leadership Team has been key. Prior to working with you and perhaps like many other small business owners my business was just a very stressful JOB for me and it consumed most of my time and energy. And, my Family and health suffered as a result. I was not excited by it and I was not learning new things. I was frustrated and asking myself "is this as good as it gets" and "was this normal for a business owner to feel this way'.
Within one month of starting the program I realised it doesn't need to be hard. I had a vision of owning a business, not just a JOB. You helped me learn how to learn and help develop new ideas. You had the strategies to make my vision a reality within one year. I am now at work less hours per week than anyone else in my business. I have lunch with my wife every Thursday. I go to the gym before work three days a week which, incidentally, would never have happened 12 months ago. I have recently returned from a 2 week long holiday and amazingly the day I returned I finished work at 3pm with nothing else to do and no fires to put out.
Since Christmas last year ALLscope has had much success winning new clients, structuring the business and systemising most things. We won the best local Industry Award in September and we were state finalists in the same category last month. We have won many other "excellence awards" and "membership awards" including my entry into Stanford's Who's Who and Engineers Australia.
Coaching for me has been about setting goals and targets and then going for it. I have learnt to learn again and am excited by it. I understand the value of learning and passing it on. I am healthier and not time poor anymore.

Sam and his team came along at a time when I had been in my own business (Ray White Real Estate) for about 10 years. I had reached a stage where my own self-taught business and leadership skills had reached their peak - and I was struggling.
In the time we were together (I have now sold the business), Sam took me and my business to heights I would never have thought possible.
Through our regular one on ones, and numerous phone calls, Sam coached me to become a better business owner and a better leader for my staff. He also helped me from the precipice more than once.
Sam’s great ability is empathy, he truly wanted me to succeed, he really cared about me, my staff and my business. Sam is so good at his job that I have since built the business to a point where I sold it to two of my staff and am now enjoying a happy life in retirement.
