I get motivated to see people succeed. I travel to different parts of the world, multiple times a year. This helps widen my view, not only in people and cultures but also with the way business is done. There is a massive difference, in the way business is conducted, in Dubai versus Denmark versus New York. This always benefited me to keep a fresh eye with trends and be innovative.

Though my passion is science, I started reading Business and Personal Development books at a young age. My father bought me “How to make friends and influence people” when I was 9 years old. This book alone made a massive difference in my social skills. I make a point of reading a new book every month.

Over the years, I am privileged to have built multi-million-dollar businesses, of my own. I have received many business recognitions and awards; attended hundreds of trade shows and seminars and made friends all over the world. And yet, keeping the main thing, the main thing. Having a well-balanced lifestyle, that is not just about the destination, but also enjoying the journey. I am grateful for all the people that allowed me to share the journey with them.

I have been passionate for over 15 years in helping SME achieve their full potential.  These businesses are the backbone of The Australian economy and sustain millions of jobs and families.

I am amazed at the determination of business owners who go to any length to ensure the success of their businesses and the livelihood of their team. I admire their focus and attitude and this has driven me to help them achieve their goals.

Every business in their own way is different and each has a story to tell and share. It’s this struggle that inspires me to work with SME to develop their business plan and create for each owner the lifestyle they so much desire, both for their families and their team.

I continue to make it my goal to read or listen to one book a month.

In the years after my degree, I was able to venture into multiple businesses. From tile importer, retailer, developer, builder, renovator of bathrooms and kitchens, developing a skincare range and opening multiple stores in Westfield centers.

I have always been hungry to learn more and expose myself to many disciplines of business. Business coaching and advisory have exposed me to over 100 different businesses and I have continued to use my education and practical experience to help SME go to another level.
